Building Community, Breaking Down Barriers: Partner with Autism Community Connection

At Autism Community Connection (ACC), we believe that no family should be left behind because of financial constraints. As a truly grassroots community organization, we rely entirely on the generosity of sponsors like you to deliver meaningful programs and events—completely free or at minimal cost to families affected by autism.

The Power of Community Support

Every year, we serve hundreds of families across central Indiana through programs designed to foster connection, build independence, and create lasting memories. From teens discovering their strengths during summer adventures to young adults forging friendships that extend beyond our organized outings, your sponsorship directly removes financial barriers that might otherwise prevent participation.

Where Your Partnership Makes a Difference

For Our Youngest Participants: Family Game Night welcomes families of all ages to connect in a sensory-friendly environment, while our spectacular Trunk or Treat celebration draws hundreds of community members for a morning of joy, exploration, and resource sharing—all completely free.

Building Confidence in Teens: Our Teen Connection Program brings together 13-18-year-olds monthly in a judgment-free space where friendships flourish, and social confidence grows. My Summer Journey extends this impact across three transformative weeks each summer, giving teens experiences and skills that shape their futures.

Fostering Independence in Young Adults: The Young Adult Connection program serves individuals ages 19-30, many of whom are navigating jobs, college, and independent living. Through monthly community outings they help plan themselves, participants build the social and soft skills essential for long-term success—and many are now meeting independently, exactly what we hoped to achieve.

Supporting Entire Families: Parents’ Night Out provides crucial respite care, allowing caregivers to recharge while their children enjoy a safe, engaging evening. Breakfast with Santa creates magical holiday memories for families who might otherwise miss out on traditional seasonal celebrations.

Events Where Your Sponsorship Shines

Parents’ Night Out (Quarterly) Give caregivers the gift of respite while 10-20 children enjoy dinner, activities, and entertainment in a supportive environment. These evenings provide families with the break they need to recharge and return refreshed.

Family Game Night (Annual) Welcome approximately 100 people of all ages for an evening of board games, laughter, and connection at our sensory-friendly community gathering, where new friendships begin over friendly competition.

Trivia Night (Annual) Join over 300 adults for our biggest fundraising celebration of the year—an unforgettable evening of brain-teasing fun, mini games, raffles, and community spirit that directly supports all our programs.

Trunk or Treat (Annual) Be part of our spectacular autumn celebration, welcoming around 500 community members for treats, Touch-A-Truck experiences with emergency vehicles and equipment, resource vendors, and family fun designed specifically for the autism community.

Breakfast with Santa (Annual) Help create holiday magic for over 200 attendees enjoying a festive breakfast, carriage rides, crafts, reindeer games, and special moments with Santa in an autism-friendly celebration that launches the season with joy.
